Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM About DBS DBS is a leading provider of marine construction supplies and dock building solutions in Florida. With a reputation for top-tier customer service and efficient delivery, we are expanding our internal team to support the growing operational needs of our Gibsonton office. Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Senior Office Admin & Accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in both administrative management and financial coordination. This hybrid role is crucial for the day-to-day operations of our office and will also support HR functions. Core ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance (Critical) Manage bookkeeping, A/P, and A/R using NetSuite Bank reconciliations and monthly closings Reconcile credit card and fuel card expenses Track job costing, prepare margin reports, and cost allocations Support CPA with year-end closing Office & Admin Operations Oversee daily in-office operations and serve as the go-to admin point Maintain office inventory and manage procurement Schedule vendor deliveries and coordinate with warehouse/logistics Prepare internal reports, communications, and administrative documents HR & Payroll Support Run weekly and bi-weekly payrolls Support onboarding/offboarding of employees Track PTO, benefits, and health insurance coordination Maintain employee records in compliance with legal standards Customer & Vendor Communication Answer phones, respond to emails and follow up with vendors/clients Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service Support sales team with client paperwork and communications Key Requirements NetSuite experience is a MUST (minimum 2 years hands-on) High accounting acumen—formal degree not required but strong skills essential At least 3 years in office admin/bookkeeping roles Strong Microsoft Excel & Word or Google Workspace proficiency Excellent communication and follow-through skills Team player with a “figure-it-out” mentality Comfortable working in a physical office environment full-time Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in construction, marine, or logistics sectors Familiarity with job costing systems Light HR experience in small-to-mid-size businesses
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
