We install high end products at a mid range price point in the residential sector. Full Time office position needed from 8:00AM to 4:30 PM Monday- Friday Responsibilities include: Basic bookkeeping including invoicing customers, collecting payments, researching and rectifying account discrepancies Making sure that accounts contained in the general ledger are correct Clerical tasks, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails, data entry Required Qualifications /Skills Knowledge of account reconciliation 1 year of relevant accounting or data entry experience needed Well organized and able to keep track of multiple projects Accuracy and attention to detail needed Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft suite and Google drive Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour, Benefits include Paid training Medical, dental, and vision insurance. No weekends
