Adecco is hiring for a Temporary Accounts Payable Admin in Tampa, FL to support a busy home buildingpany. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
What You’ll Do:
Assist the AP department with invoice processing across multiple departments (production, warranty, etc.)
Open AP emails, rename invoices, andanize them into folders
Ensure documents are submitted correctly and follow up when something looks off
Enter data, help with work orders, and support general AP tasks
Collaborate daily with another admin in a fast-moving environment they call anized chaos”
Communicate across departments and stay on top of details in a structured workflow
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and the confidence to question or clarify discrepancies
Ability to multitask and stayanized under pressure
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Some experience in an office environment preferred
Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to be trained

Pay Details:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
