  • Temporary Accounts Payable Admin
  • in •Tampa, FL•to support a busy home building company.

This is a junior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys working as part of a team.

  • What You’ll Do:
  • + Assist the AP department with invoice processing across multiple departments (production, warranty, etc.

) + Open AP emails, rename invoices, and organize them into folders + Ensure documents are submitted correctly and follow up when something looks off + Enter data, help with work orders, and support general AP tasks + Collaborate daily with another admin in a fast-moving environment they call “organized chaos” + Communicate across departments and stay on top of details in a structured workflow

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • + Strong attention to detail and the confidence to question or clarify discrepancies + Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure + Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams + Some experience in an office environment preferred + Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to be trained
