Since opening in 1970, Mullinax Automotive has grown to be among of the nation’s top-volume vehicle retailers. We have 11 dealerships including Ford, Hyundai, Genesis, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac in Florida, Alabama and Washington. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a great team and gain experience in the Automotive Industry.
Schedule :
Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Audit Deals, Payoff Liens, Stock in vehicles 8300 form uploads, department of revenue filings, and abandon property filing Preparing and posting journal entries for month end close Administrative and clerical tasks Running errands to the post office, banks, or supply store Covering reception, answering phone calls, and taking messages Counting and receipting cash Working with other stores
Skills & Requirements:
