Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances Communicate with clients and general contractors to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays Coordinate with project managers and contract administrators to ensure accurate billing in line with project milestones Manage lien waiver documentation and ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements Apply incoming payments and reconcile client accounts Assist with monthly financial closings, including AR reporting and cash forecasting Maintain detailed and organized customer records and billing documentation Support audits by providing AR documentation and responding to auditor inquiries Ensure adherence to company policies, contract terms, and industry regulations
Qualifications:
