$22 – $24 Douglas Brooke Homes is seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role supports our accounting team and reports directly to the
Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Reconcile bank statements and corporate credit cards Verify job costing and properly book expenses Assist with general office tasks: data entry, filing, phones, mail processing, etc. Support the Controller with various administrative duties
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Docs Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and math skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Fast learner with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask Experience with Buildertrend and/or WIP accounting is a plus
