$25/Hr, will transition to a salary role ($52k a year) once hired. We are hiring an Accounting/Office Clerk to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions Perform past-due account collections Enter and manage data using Excel and accounting software Maintain accurate filing of accounting data and reports Ensure a clean and organized office environment Support the accounting team with general administrative duties

Qualifications:

Experience in bookkeeping/accounting or a related degree Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word Familiarity with accounting software Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail Ability to perform basic business math Must be able to pass company-administered math, spelling, and alphabetizing tests Ten-key by touch experience preferred Must be comfortable working in both an office and a manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
