General Job duties will include:
Review, match with Purchase Order, and enter invoices Research and resolve vendor issues, reconcile vendor statements Research and report on vendor invoices that deviate from the Purchase Order Maintain vendor database, including contacts and compliance documents (W-9, 1099 and applicable insurance) Support the Accounting staff in maintaining the company’s paperless accounting records Work to support the paperless environment designed Provide general office support, such as supply purchasing, filing, collating, and mailing vendor payments
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Associate Degree required 3-5 years Accounts Payable specific experience Ability to work with a wide variety of people from different organizations and at different levels Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in PC basics and MS Office (Excel in particular) Understanding of Adobe for use supporting the paperless environment is desired Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines Abbey Carpet of Naples is an EOE and participates in the Federal E-Verify system.
