The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for upholding the Core Values of our company, contributing to the company goals, and acting in the best interest of our employees, customers, and assets. This person will be responsible for reviewing/processing of invoices, PO’s, vendor statement reconciliation and research. Responsibilities:

Ensuring accurate and expeditious AP activity for multiple divisions Setting up new vendor accounts and maintaining vendor files Troubleshooting vendor account issues Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Working with the company PO system Maintaining accounts payable reports Working with our remote locations Additional projects as assigned 1+ years’ experience with Accounts Payable Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) Organizational and leadership skills MS Office Suite experience a plus Experience with Great Plains or Aspire a plus We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
