The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting with general office duties and working independently. Must be friendly and comfortable with dogs in the office. This position offers an opportunity to become full time for the right candidate. Responsibilities Daily general office duties. Process incoming payments accurately in our invoicing program. Follow up on outstanding invoices, and communicate with customers regarding payments. Candidate will be cross trained to provide coverage when necessary. Qualifications Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. Organizational skills with attention to detail. QuickBooks experience. Service Fusion experience is a plus but not required. Must be experienced in an office setting.
