Job Description
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry for a Bookkeeper located in Alva, Florida As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with managing and reconciling accounts, as well as handling both accounts payable and receivable. You will also be expected to maintain meticulous records and handle data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in records
- Operate QuickBooks for financial transactions and record-keeping
- Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions and customer details
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize financial data and generate reports. Requirements
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
- Demonstrable experience in Bookkeeping.
- Ability to perform accurate Data Entry tasks.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software.
