While our primary services are home based for children with Autism, we provide a wide variety of services for a wide range of individuals. Our Bookkeeper will help with manage and track day to day finances, invoicing, as well as prepare monthly financial reports. - Reconciling Quickbooks
- Create invoices and tracking all expenses and payments
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Update databases and spreadsheets
- Review documentation for accuracy according to industry standard guidelines
- Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Attend internal meetings weekly
- Work with Executive Leadership Team
- Work under the supervision of the Fiscal Manager
- Assist with administrative duties including data entry, report writing, supply ordering, etc.
Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Proficient in QuickBooks Strong understanding of financial concepts Experience with general ledger accounting Skilled in balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes Familiarity with financial report writing and payroll management Ability to perform bank and account reconciliations efficiently
