education: High School Responsibilities Scanning invoices into our automated Accounts Payable system
Keying vendor coding and invoice detail into system
Reviewing and reconciling vendor and invoice detail
Reconciling vendor statements
Processing and disbursement of payments
Working with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies
Working closely with the vendor maintenance team and operations managers to get new vendors set up The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week Skills
