This is a full time, onsite, contract to hire role. Responsibilities Process various forms of customers’ payments (checks, credit cards, ACH, etc.) and post to customers’ accounts in system Research past due accounts and maintain AR aging report Process reimbursements and adjustments as needed Experience Minimum of two years of Accounts Receivable experience Manufacturing industry experience a plus Education High school diploma or GED required Knowledge/Skills Strong attention to detail Effective communication, research and organizational skills Working knowledge of MS Excel & Word Work Hours/Pay Rate Monday-Friday – 40 hours per week $20-24/hr.
