Job Description
Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently searching for a Bookkeeper for a great company located in the Longboat Key area.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and direct customers/callers to appropriate person.
- Track calls/details in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Assist with ordering materials for jobs.
- Assist with tracking status of orders/shipments in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Enter invoices and scan receipts into QuickBooks; accurately code invoices and receipts to jobs.
- Track costs associated to each job budget in Excel.
- Utilize various computer management systems, such as Dropbox, to store job-related information in an organized fashion.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Prior Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel experience required.
