Minimum of 3 years AP experience at a Construction Company. Knowledge of A/P and General Accounting procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas) Accurate and efficient data entry skills Strong time management skills to meet deadlines Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and prioritization skills Team-oriented mindset with excellent written and oral communication skills
Additional Requirements:
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Job Duties:
Process invoices and conduct weekly check runs Collaborate with job site supervisors to resolve vendor invoice discrepancies Ensure timely payment submissions to vendors for maximum discounts Address vendor inquiries, reconcile monthly vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor files Accurately code invoices using job costing and GL accounts How to
