- Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.
The position will require the candidate to manage the books business operations for a mid-sized horse farm/breeding operation. Experience with Florida laws and small business is preferred. Incumbent will utilize Quick Books and Excel to conduct operational transactions including: Accounts payable/Accounts receivable Conduct balance sheet and bank reconciliations GL, coding, invoicing, checks, electronic payments checking account management monthly and quarterly financial statements, Experience
- Proven experience working independently in an accounting roles
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel is a must
- Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliation techniques
