Job Description
Accounts Payable Specialist
- Stuart, FL Responsibilities
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry, invoice posting
- Handle credit card and bank account reconciliation
- Generate purchase orders when necessary
- 2-3 Way Match
- Obtain and print signatures on all checks
- Assist senior Accountants as needed Skills and qualifications
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Superb time management skills and detail orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information Skills and qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- Strong Accounting skills
- Experience in accounts payable 3+ years of recent Experience Experience with accounting software and online platforms
