The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Management and recording of offering numbers, attendance etc in church database. Perform technical accounting tasks, including monthly bank reconciliations. Utilize Quickbooks desktop for financial management. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports for council. Handle clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Process reimbursements. Order office, worship and maintenance supplies. Manage & update office/church calendar Assist with rental space use Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Experience Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Quickbooks is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
