Full Charge Bookkeeper Position Available In Martin, Florida

Description We are looking for a proficient Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Stuart, Florida. The role involves managing all aspects of bookkeeping, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with tax preparations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger and transaction recording.
• Handling bookkeeping activities accurately and systematically.
• Ensuring financial records are balanced and accurate by preparing trial balances.
• Assisting with sales tax filings, ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time.
• Processing payroll returns as required.
• Using accounting software systems to maintain and update financial data.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Offering support during tax preparation for both personal and business clients. Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems is required
• Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Capable of handling all Accounting Functions independently
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Knowledge in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must
• Ability to prepare and submit Sales Tax Returns
