Account Payable Shell Lumber and Hardware Coconut Grove, FL 33133 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various accounting software. Set up new vendors as needed Answer phone calls/ Emails requests Processing of ALL invoices thru MVR ( Advance Receiving) reviewing and reconciling against invoices – Monday’s Check Run (special vendors) / Plus Expenses) Run weekly check runs and expenses Process all invoices including expenses ( Utilities/Amex etc.) Pay invoices online ( FPL, Water and Sewer, etc) Pay Ace/ Orgill/ True Value on sit Bi-weekly. Process Invoices/process ACH. – Review all Vendor Statements Monthly (specially for Discount Check Run 10th )

MISC REVIEW

All ATMU open items every other month to continuously being up to date

• Train personnel on how to perform your day to day function for cross training within the department

• CASH POSITION TRAINING IS A MUST.

• Be competent in the role of AP for the end of month.

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour
