The position is looking for someone that can interview and start immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong AP experience in a fast and high volume environment.
Responsibilities of the position:
Helps the supervisor make the accounts payable process Fills in for the Supervisor when needed. Checks invoices to make sure they’re correct and match the purchase orders. Contacts vendors to fix any invoice problems. Makes sure invoices are labeled with the right account and department info before entering them into the system. Enters invoices into the system on time. Links claims to invoices in the system when needed. Keeps all paid invoices organized and filed properly. Helps with sending out payments (checks and wires) to vendors. Reviews vendor statements each month to find missing or unpaid invoices.
