Accounting and Customer Service Clerk Valentini Ice Cream Hialeah, FL 33018 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Customer Service Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

Record transactions such as purchase orders, sales orders, and accounts receivable payments Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals and other accounting documents Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling meetings Respond to financial inquiries and provide requested information to operational management Communicate with vendors, customers, and other accounting personnel Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records Assist with document requests in conjunction with financial statement audits, tax preparation, due diligence, etc.

Relevant Skills:

Time management and ability to meet constant deadlines Detail oriented Good customer service skills Proficiency in general ledger software and Microsoft Office Tools (ie. Word, Excel, Adobe) Bilingual (
