Onsite Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and timely Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements Maintain and update financial records and files Support month-end and year-end closing processes Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments Assist with audits and financial reports as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred 2+ year of experience in accounting or clerical work Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
