Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable role is responsible for supporting the Accounting Department by performing all A/P duties, special projects, and general tasks as assigned. In an extremely fast paced environment, the A/P Specialist support and assists with the processing of any and all accounts payable duties, performs dispute research along with many other duties as assigned. This position reports to Accounting Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Coding invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc. Heavy data entry Reconcile various accounts by identifying any discrepancies Prepare check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions Handle all vendor correspondence via email and phone Maintain and reconciles Credit Cards/P-Cards Assist with the monthly bank reconciliation Maintain great communication with internal and external suppliers Maintain neatly organized files Qualifications of the
