In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial transactions, vendor relationships, and timely payments. To apply please send your resume to salary: $22•$23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8:30 AM•5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Process and code vendor invoices and employee expense reports Verify approvals and match invoices to purchase orders Maintain and reconcile the Accounts Payable Ledger Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies Enter AP transactions into NetSuite ERP Process weekly check runs and electronic payments Maintain W-9 forms and support 1099 year-end reporting Assist with month-end close tasks related to AP Provide general accounting and admin support to the finance team Skills Accounts Payable Purchase Orders Month-End Close Coding/Batching Journal Entries General Ledger Netsuite (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
