Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300 preferred, Macola or similar) Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills Experience in distribution companies a plus Bilingual ( English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies; communicate with vendors to prevent delays and take advantage of early payment discounts Generate monthly and ad hoc reports (e.g., RNI, Aging, Outstanding Checks) using ERP system Assist with 1099 processing and month-end close activities, including journal entries Support audits by reviewing reconciliations and providing documentation as requested Maintain and organize vendor files and check requests Enter payables, process vendor payments, and generate checks in accordance with company policy Perform petty cash processing and assist with account reconciliations Reconcile A/P subledger to the General Ledger monthly and resolve any variances Audit credit card transactions, aged payables, and exception reports Manage wire and ACH payment processes and assist with weekly check runs Maintain up-to-date internal documentation for policies and procedures Support improvements to AP processes and workflows Apply Now #Ind123
