Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join a growing organization in aviation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing daily accounts payable tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company procedures. If you’re a proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a knack for numbers, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process a high volume of invoices, including data validation, matching, and coding. + Maintain vendor records and verify payment terms and conditions to ensure accuracy. + Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. + Prepare and perform weekly check runs, electronic payments, and reconciliations. + Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate expense reporting. + Assist with auditing, ensuring adherence to compliance and AP policies. + Proactively identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.
