Job Description
Description Duties:
- Accounts payable invoice entry and coding invoices.
- Ensuring bills are paid on time.
- Depositing checks and applying cash receipts to client invoices.
- Cutting and mailing out checks.
- Employee reimbursements and Travel Expenses
- Vendor and consultant statement reconciliation.
- Running reports by request for executive team, project managers, etc.
- Requesting missing consultant invoices.
- Providing support for the processing of employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
- Generating and mailing out client statements each month.
- Maintaining current and accurate files. This includes physical and digital documents.
- Sending inactive files to storage.
- Providing support to Senior AP Specialist as needed.
Qualifications:
- Accounts payable experience – Minimum 2 years.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a very team-oriented environment.
- Excellent follow up and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Deltek Vision accounting software (Desirable).
- Data scrubbing experience (Desirable)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) is preferred Requirements 3 years of A/P recent experience Able to handle high-volume.
