Job Description

Description Duties:
  • Accounts payable invoice entry and coding invoices.
  • Ensuring bills are paid on time.
  • Depositing checks and applying cash receipts to client invoices.
  • Cutting and mailing out checks.
  • Employee reimbursements and Travel Expenses
  • Vendor and consultant statement reconciliation.
  • Running reports by request for executive team, project managers, etc.
  • Requesting missing consultant invoices.
  • Providing support for the processing of employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
  • Generating and mailing out client statements each month.
  • Maintaining current and accurate files. This includes physical and digital documents.
  • Sending inactive files to storage.
  • Providing support to Senior AP Specialist as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Accounts payable experience – Minimum 2 years.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a very team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent follow up and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Deltek Vision accounting software (Desirable).
  • Data scrubbing experience (Desirable)
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) is preferred Requirements 3 years of A/P recent experience Able to handle high-volume.
