The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their accounts. Responsibilities Process and record all incoming payments accurately and timely. Manage accounts receivable aging reports to track outstanding invoices. Perform journal entries and account analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting. Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve billing issues with clients. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, TSP for transaction management. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts. Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes related to accounts receivable. Requirements Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role. Strong knowledge of debits, credits, journal entries, and technical accounting principles. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, TSP is preferred. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting. A degree in accounting or finance is a plus but not required.
