We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our logistical distribution team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel and SAP, as well as a solid background in inventory control and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inventory analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- Input and update inventory findings and data into Excel spreadsheets and SAP systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and logistical efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an inventory control, supply chain, or logistics role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and experience using SAP for inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
