Senior level Communication skills Full Job Description SATCO Products, a family-owned national lighting distributor, is looking for an experience Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist for its Miami Gardens location. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process deposits, credit card payments & credits Account reconciliation Heavy collections , credit holds & order releasing Investigating & resolving order discrepancies & issues Assist Customer Service Department when needed The idea candidate will have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable & Business to Business Collections Working knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook Experience using an AS400 system is preferred Experience navigating customer portals Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
