Job Overview We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Accounts Receivable & Cost Support Analyst to join our in-office accounting team. This role is key to ensuring the accurate management of customer accounts, supporting financial operations, and helping optimize the company’s cost structure.

Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable :

invoicing, tracking, collections, and follow-ups Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Track and cost-code all expenses in QuickBooks Online Collaborate in updating and optimizing the company’s cost structure , providing insight for financial efficiency Maintain clear and organized records using Excel and QuickBooks Online Liaise closely with the Sales and Operations departments Communicate with vendors and customers in English and Spanish Assist in the search and management of suppliers and vendors Prepare and file state tax returns with the Florida Department of Revenue Handle legal procedures with authorities for the delivery and registration of manufactured mobile units Support month-end closings and general bookkeeping activities Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting QuickBooks Online Minimum 2 years of general bookkeeping or AR experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
