GENERAL OVERVIEW
| Sunshine Bouquet, a leader in the mass-market floral industry, is looking for a motivated A/R candidate to work in our Accounting Department at our Dayton, NJ office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
| duties include: Posts cash applications to customer accounts. Prepares a reconciliation of all posted cash. Reviews AR reports and identifies posting issues. Investigates and resolves discrepancies with regards to misapplied or unapplied payments Monitors customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities Researches and applies customer credits/refunds Assists AR Manager in all other duties as assigned. Will work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues and to ensure smooth communication throughout the process
REQUIREMENTS
| Candidate must have: Minimum 2 years A/R experience. High School diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Reliable and timely attendance.
PREFFERED
| Candidate must have: Workday Experience Experience with wholesale / distribution preferred, especially supermarkets Experience in Floral Industry
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
| A plus for candidate, but not required: Fluency in Spanish
