The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and proficient in accounting software and financial practices. Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records using accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account analysis. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information. Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as required. Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and maintain a positive and efficient environment. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing materials and coordinating interviews. Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office organization. Provide administrative support to the Hiring Manager and Assistant to the Owners.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks) Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Must speak Spanish and English.
