Bookkeeper Albany Homes Construction Inc Miami, FL 33134 We are looking for a bookkeeper to work twice a week at our home office for basic bookkeeping tasks such as payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations, preparing quarterly payroll returns, invoicing and generating financial reports. The actual hours worked each week will be variable, depending on what needs to get done. The successful applicant will have strong computer skills, especially with QuickBooks and Excel, be self-motivated, have great organizational skills, be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multi-task. Other required skills are able to meet deadlines and manage your schedule,, adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs, enjoy being part of a small team and able to work alone. There may also be some clerical work such as filing. Your experience with QuickBooks Desktop must be in the last 12 months and include QuickBooks payroll. Only candidates who answer the screening questions in full will be considered for this role.
