Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in accounting software, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency. By keeping the company’s financial processes running smoothly, the Bookkeeper will play a vital role in supporting overall operations and decision-making.

Finance and accounting professionals in highest demand, Module 7). + Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. + Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements. + Track and manage fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation for depreciation and other adjustments. + Monitor budgets, identify variances, and provide reporting to support financial decision-making. + Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding financial reporting and tax requirements. + Work collaboratively with other internal teams, external clients, and vendors to address financial discrepancies or inquiries.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required); a Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper designation) is a plus. +
