Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, and various administrative and office management tasks. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within our company, with potential future involvement in social media management, marketing, branding, sales, and online operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensure timely payments and handle vendor inquiries.

Administrative and Office Management:

Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed. Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment.

Future Growth Opportunities:

Social media management and marketing problem solving. Branding initiatives. Participation in building and managing our online operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of bookkeeping experience (including internships). 0-2 years of experience with QuickBooks. 0-2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google sheets Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
