Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Doral, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Record payment receipts and maintain detailed transaction records.
- Process invoices efficiently and ensure timely approval and payment.
- Manage accounts receivable collections and follow up with clients as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Oversee accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and expense tracking.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other tools to prepare and manage financial reports.
- Assist with month-end close processes, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
- Support payroll processing and handle related documentation. Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and account reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial accuracy.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
