Position Available:
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements. Assist in payroll processing and tax filing. Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accuracy. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
