Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Some knowledge in aviation perferred. Must be fluent in English & Spanish. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks using software like QuickBooks and Netsuite.
- Support financial activities such as budgeting, financial report writing, and corporate accounting
- Handle basic accounting functions including double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and governmental accounting

- Proficiency in Netsuite, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
