  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Some knowledge in aviation perferred. Must be fluent in English & Spanish. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Duties:
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks using software like QuickBooks and Netsuite.
  • Support financial activities such as budgeting, financial report writing, and corporate accounting
  • Handle basic accounting functions including double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and governmental accounting
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Netsuite, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
