Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Collections / Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage incoming payments and maintain accurate records of accounts. This role is responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue accounts, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts + Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments + Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies professionally and promptly + Post customer payments accurately and maintain records in accounting system + Generate and send invoices, account statements, and payment reminders + Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile accounts and escalate issues when necessary + Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management + Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Requirements Qualifications:
