Description Collections Specialist/ AR We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to join our team. If you’re great at building rapport and comfortable with follow-up calls, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
+ Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable + Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices + Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing discrepancies + Maintain accurate records of collection activities + Collaborate with accounting and customer service teams
Requirements What You Bring:
