In this role, you will support various construction projects by assisting with tasks that ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting practices, enabling them to contribute effectively to project budgeting and financial reporting. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports related to construction projects. Support VP with budget tracking and account analysis. Help in the reconciliation of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy. Utilize financial software QBO Advanced for data entry and report generation. Maintain records of Contractors and Insurance compliance for Audits. Assist in preparation of reports and data compilation for Insurance audits Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with corporate accounting standards. Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts and corporate accounting principles. Proficiency in financial report writing, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation. Experience with general ledger reconciliation processes. Familiarity with financial software, particularly QBO and ADP Ability to perform detailed account analysis to support project needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
