Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will manage a variety of accounting tasks for an online e-commerce company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term opportunity in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
  • Reconcile up to five bank accounts and multiple credit card accounts monthly.
  • Oversee payroll processing for a team of 15 employees using Trinet, including both exempt and non-exempt staff.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, utilizing advanced Excel skills.
  • Conduct month-end closings and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
  • Manage purchasing activities and vendor inventory to maintain smooth operations.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online and internal Unix-based software for accounting processes.

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with Unix-based accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create and analyze financial reports.
  • Experience with payroll systems, specifically Trinet, for small to mid-sized teams.
  • Ability to handle month-end closings and produce accurate financial statements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
