Description Accounts Payable Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and process vendor invoices and payments. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system + Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts + Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues + Maintain accurate and organized AP files and records + Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks + Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner + Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Requirements 2+ years of accounts payable recent experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Please send a copy of your resume to brenda.arce@roberthalf.cm Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
