As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you’ll play a key role in turning claims into revenue, partnering closely with our Revenue Cycle Manager to support timely collections and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of insurance claims from submission through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and minimal delays in reimbursement. Lead insurance claims follow-up and resolution; tackle outstanding balances with precision. Ensure clean submissions and identify opportunities to maximize revenue. Help drive strategies that reduce accounts receivable days and improve cash flow. Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows and streamline processes.

What You Bring:
A positive, “anything is possible” mindset 3+ years of dental claims follow-up experience (required) 3+ years in revenue cycle or insurance billing, preferably in dentistry Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental) Knowledge of Denticon and/or Zentist is a plus Strong time management, research, and problem-solving skills Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
