Description Growing company with multiple locations in the US and still growing seeking a Financial Bookkeeper to join the team. The expectations of this Bookkeeper is to manage the accounting cycle flow and preparing all financial reporting for Management. Tasks are as follows : + General Ledger accounting + Ensuring the process of matching, batching, coding and entering invoices are performed daily and accurate + Entering, posting and reconciling batches + Researching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors + Updating and reconciling general ledger + Maintaining cash requirements schedules and accounts payable aging analysis + Managing the month end, quarter end and year end process with Controller + Managing 1 staff accountant to ensure all data is up to date + Financial report of Profit and Loss, Income Statement, Cash flow + Support the Controller with various projects for 2 locations + English and Spanish needed If you are interested, please call me Janet 786-393-4588 or email Janet.
