Crestview, FL $23 an hour | Full-Time | Long-Term | Excellent Benefits We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk with an accounting degree or at least 3 years of hands-on experience in QuickBooks, AP processing, and invoice management. Pay:

$23/hour Paid weekly or biweekly Full benefits: health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off Stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field , OR Minimum 3 years of full-cycle AP experience using QuickBooks Strong experience with invoice processing, check runs, and vendor account reconciliation Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Key Responsibilities Review, code, and process vendor invoices Prepare and issue weekly check and ACH payment runs Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Support month-end close with AP aging reports Maintain organized AP documentation and electronic files Assist with 1099 processing and other accounting functions as assigned Provide prompt, professional communication with vendors and internal departments
